The community has a way to help private donors support our students in their achievements by investing in the future of our children.
What can you do?
Please help us fulfill our mission by contributing to the Ft. Larned Foundation today. Your support is critical to ensure that USD 495 Public Schools continue their tradition of excellence. The general Foundation fund is available for donations/gifts and can be earmarked for specific areas (music, classrooms, science, athletics, elementary, etc.).
Thank you for the donations to help make the football sprinkler system possible during the summer of 2010! Thank you to Buddy Tabler for coordinating those efforts! All help and support is truly appreciated.
Endowment Opportunities:
An endowment is in place at the Golden Belt Community Foundation. This endowment is the Ft. Larned Foundation for Education Endowment fund.
The Foundation receives approximately a 5% annual payout to be utilized to support our mission for improving the education of all USD 495 students.
Checks for the endowment are payable to: Golden Belt Foundation with the memo to - Ft. Larned Foundation for Education!
There are currently 3 scholarship endowments set up for USD 495 students through the Foundation and a general endowment fund, as well.
Gifts to the Ft.Larned Foundation for Education are fully tax deductible as a charitable contribution.
